Save the REAL FARMERS from IMPOSTERS!

In the year 2020, the world has witnessed unprecedented times, so is the case with INDIA.

• Anti CAA protest, which has nothing wrong in it but is still opposed and riots erupted by Anti-Indian elements/Agenda Driven groups.
• Wuhan Virus/Covid-19, China unleashed this deadly virus on the world.
• Now, the ongoing unrest by the farmers on the FARM BILL of India!!

My efforts are to answer all the skepticism that people have related to these Bills.

Context!

Three Bills on agriculture reforms were introduced in Parliament to replace ordinances.

1. Essential Commodities Act (1955)

When we talk about agricultural commodities, India has more than needed in most products, but farmers never get a better price.

Why? Because this sector needs more good storage facilities and opportunities to export at the national and global levels.

Now, why Framers or their next-generation never managed to step out to show entrepreneurial skills when they are the ones doing all the hard work.

Because this act imposes curbs on stocking and destroys farmers' dream to find more investment in their sector.

So, what are the Amendments? will they benefit or not?

a. The New amendment will deregulate the commodities; means farmers now can operate their businesses with fewer regulations on the commodities they produce.

b. Farmers will have the freedom to produce, hold, move, distribute, and supply. Farmers can sell anyone in the WORLD, can strike a deal with anyone, and no agent will come in between to sell their produce.

• Farmers can negotiate for a better price.
• Farmers can sell on their own terms and conditions.
• Farmers can even request a company(with which they have signed a contract) to establish storage facilities, e.g. cold storage, etc.

2. Farming Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Ordinance, 2020

a. Currently, No farmers are allowed to sell agri-produce outside APMC(Agricultural Produce Market Committee).

b. Farmers restricted to sell their produce only to registered licensees of the State Governments.

c. barriers exist in the free flow of agricultural produce between various States (states have their own APMC legislations)

What are the Amendments? will they benefit or not?

a. With this amendment, the farmers and traders, would enjoy the freedom of choice of sale and purchase of agri-produce.

b. Promote barrier-free inter-state and intra-state trade with or without APMC.

c. Also, an option of electronic trading in transaction platform.

d. For any dispute, a separate resolution mechanism will be set up to avoid fraud.

3. Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Ordinance, 2020

• Indian Agriculture has certain weaknesses, such as weather dependence, production uncertainties, and market unpredictability. The size of holding a stock is very SMALL.
• The agricultural sector is always on RISK and INEFFICIENT in respect of both input & output management.

What will the Amendment brings to the farmers??

• Farmers will take charge of processors, wholesalers, aggregators, wholesalers, large retailers, exporters, etc. Thus, eliminating intermediaries results in the full realization of price.
• Farmers have been provided with adequate protection. Sale, lease, or mortgage of farmers’ land is totally prohibited, and farmers’ land is also protected against any recovery. (Read this one TWICE)
• It contains resolution mechanisms that would transfer the risk of market unpredictability from the farmer to the sponsor.

I have highlighted a few sections of my text, which will directly or indirectly remove your doubts.

So why are farmers protesting? are they misinformed?

They want MSP; the government has said MSP will remain as it is.

They wanted Mandis to operate; Government has said Mandis would operate as it is.

Farmers fear their land will be taken; it's in the amendment no one can take land under any circumstance.

So, where is the issue?

Let say my interpretation has some missing links; the government is open to accept their amendments. So why are they still protesting?

Is it by the farmers? or some AGENDA DRIVEN hypocrites want to create chaos? Please think Wisely! It is about our Farmers.

Why is the Khalistan terrorist group taking over?

Why are Political leaders (opposition parties) trying to intervene?

Like CAA, which has nothing to do with any citizen, people agitated and protested because of few handlers who invoked the protest. This protest is losing its credibility because of unwanted elements.

The Real protesters/farmers may have legit issues or doubts that the central government must discuss, which the government is trying to do from day one. Farmers are the backbone of our country, and they must realize that some undesirable elements like Khalistan terrorist group are weakening the real issue. Farmers have full right to protest, and the central government and the Farmers must sit and find the resolution.

People like Justin Trudeau and Jagmeet Singh (A DESIGNATED TERRORIST BY INDIA) have no LOCUS STANDI…here. It is out Internal Issue; no international body can interfere in our country's matter.
